Our Story
Phillip Mills and his dad, Steve Mills, founded Kingdom Advancement Ministries in 2020. Their legacy and commitment to preaching the gospel span one hundred years across three generations.
Kingdom Advancement Ministry is a nonprofit organization that offers financial relief to pastors who face difficult hardships. Regardless of the pastor’s level of recognition, whether known for his success here on earth or his effectiveness revealed only in eternity, each pastor is valuable. Forty percent of pastors leave the ministry due to burnout and financial burdens.
The KAM organization provides donors a gateway to ease crises and encourages the hurting Shepherd to persevere during their crises. These gift interventions give the clergy the means to thrive, affirm the minister’s calling, and produce benefits that affect the communities they serve.
Scripture tells us that investing “a cup of cold water in My [Jesus’s] name” results in eternal rewards (Mark 9:41 KJV). Our financial partners recognize KAM as a unique investment opportunity to experience these blessings: eternal returns in heaven and earthly retention of pastors on earth.
